Im a Realtor, so this was one of the first apps I downloaded two years ago when I got my 4, and I use this multiple times a week with clients and colleagues alike. Its simple, easy to use, dense with usable features without being heavy or slow to use. And the mail out feature more than compensates for the flashier apps with graphs and useless fluff add-ons.

Much better than more expensive apps. The major thing missing is a field for mortgage insurance and considering the volume of FHA loans, an MIP field. Other than that, nice app especially for $.99.

Overall the app is great but two fundamental things are missing. Developer support for one. It seems the developer fell off the face of the planet (or forgot about his customers) in 2011. The app also needs an extra payment feature. Rarely do people not put at least a couple of extra dollars a month to pay down a loan. Well that important feature is nowhere to be found. If you dont mind a stagnant app (which does contain a nice feature set) which is not going to be updated, and you dont need to worry about extra payments then this app is perfectly tailored for you.

The app would be much better if it allowed the user to enter loan maturity dates (of which are shorter than the amortization period the user enters) and incorporate interest rate adjustments after a certain number of months/years from the beginning of the loan term.

For the basic user , easy to understand . Would definitely recommend for buying a house

Works well for spot on info delivered to clients. Glad it can include the amortization schedule for quick email delivery.

Great for conventional mortgage calculations. With todays mortgage products need to have additional calc programs for ARM loans and Reverse Mortgage loans. Could be part of this program or packaged in separate programs. Another product need is CD future value calculations.

This is a great little mortgage calculator you can put in your insurance and taxes easy to manipulate the data very easy to use. I highly recommend this app.

I dont really write reviews on apps. I will on this one , because its easy to use and accurate.

Easy entry, but a little anemic. Should have a place to keep notes so you can more easily identify each mortgage. This is pretty important when your house hunting!

Inexpensive and effective. Does everything I would expect. Very intuitive.
