I use this app all the time in my real estate business to calculate payments. Easy to use. I love the email report feature.

Works quickly and easy to use.

Works great for all for what it does. It would be nice to see dates in the amortization schedule and input for extra principal payments and the date that they were paid. This would enable the app to provide information on amount of interest paid an amount of interest still owed.

Please make the down payment a percentage, rather than a $ figure!!

Just got this app today and put it to use immediately! Best app Ive ever had in the mortgage industry! Great job to the developers of this! Highly recommended

I wish it had a line item for mortgage insurance. Great for Conventional 20% down loans but not for FHA, VA, or USDA.

A must have app for buyers agents!

The figures here are screwy. The monthly payment and Amortization amounts are all off. Very strange. Have numerous financial scenarios. Theyre all wrong.

What a nice app to have on your iPhone while looking for real estates. It is so simple and convenient to use. There are many free online apps, but they are not practical when you are out in the field. I highly recommend!

This is a wonderful application for anyones iDevice. The amortization feature and the security feature impressed me, and the ability to save certain mortgages and name them, as well as the flexibility of being able to enter all of your own data (like interest rate, square footage, number of years on the mortgage, etc.) make this app a must-have for those who are looking to buy real estate. Great app!!!

Very easy to use and is always there to provide a quick loan calculation. The save feature is great too for tracking client loans.

Works well, love the amortization chart with total, easy to use. Pls add basic calculator to calculate mortgage insurance.

I used when buying first home and it was right on the money

Very basic program.. Not allowing for adding VA fees to loan. Needs an upgrade !
