Frustrating to use with an iPad. I usually use my iPad mounted on it keypad stand. Can’t use this app unless I take the iPad off its keypad. Frustrating.

Easy to use and helpful for my clients.

Glad to see this app get updated! Been using it for nearly a decade when looking at homes, or considering a refi. One request though, it would be awesome if I could factor monthly prepayments toward principal into the amortization, and see the interest saved. That would make this the ultimate mortgage calc!

I really strongly recommend this app. It have come in handy often over the years. And is is well maintained.

You need to add the payment for MI or PMI , as well as HOA to have an accurate calculation otherwise is incomplete .

Easy to use

As a real estate broker in Chicago this app is extremely useful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish I came with an iPad version as well. It works on the iPad but you can tell it was designed for iPhone. Should not be that hard to make an iPad version.

Really great app! I use it all the time to run "what if" scenarios. Saw a few complaints about the updated version. If I like the way an app works I rarely update them since more & more updates seem to just add flashy graphics & social media hooks that I detest. Not sure of my version but it is at least 4 years old.

This is the best app I have ever use very easy and I can email to my clients for monthly payment. I recommend 100%

Been using this for a couple of years. Read it was unstable or some thing like that. Searched for another. This is the best one for me. Sometimes tricky but basically simply solid. Love that I can email it to myself or clients. Like it even better now. Easier to read. Dumped the other apps

When I put in New info why doesn't the payment update itself?

Needs to be able to consolidate my loans and give me an amortization of all my loans

I use it all the time for work.

It was fine before. Why did you need to refresh it. This is not Uber or Facebook it had a simple and to the point purpose, now the colors are inverted and the page is all over the place.

Can't live without it. Best one available.

I received a notice that it needs to be updated, may slow down my iPhone, and will not work with future versions iOS. I hope that there are plans to maintain this app

Have tried many of these. This one is by far the best. It includes insurance and taxes and all variables are super easy to change. Wish there were one for my MacBook Air.

I wish it had a line item for mortgage insurance. Great for Conventional 20% down loans but not for FHA, VA, or USDA.

Please make the down payment a percentage, rather than a $ figure!!

Works great for all for what it does. It would be nice to see dates in the amortization schedule and input for extra principal payments and the date that they were paid. This would enable the app to provide information on amount of interest paid an amount of interest still owed.

Would be really easy for this developer to have made it possible to just have a loan amount field. Not good for industry professionals.

Easy entry, but a little anemic. Should have a place to keep notes so you can more easily identify each mortgage. This is pretty important when your house hunting!

This is a great little mortgage calculator you can put in your insurance and taxes easy to manipulate the data very easy to use. I highly recommend this app.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do. This is the simplest (and best) mortgage calculator I have ever used. Well worth the money for this app.
